JOB DESCRIPTION: Accounts payable -- Bill payment, includes entering, paying, generating, and mailing checks
Sales Tax Reporting
Payroll/401K Reporting
Emailing and phone follow up of past due accounts
Documentation of Procedures
Account Reconciliation -- Bank Accounts/Credit Cards
GSA/CMAS Reporting
All other general accounting related tasks
Accounts receivable -- Invoicing/Inventory
Payroll/401K Reporting
Can turn into a management position.

Required Experience:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Should have at least four (4) years of Accounting work experience; preferably in a privately owned business
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Management experience preferred
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Should possess reliability and initiative to be able to work effectively and independently in a professional environment
Should have a teamwork focus
