JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Manager Wanted in California
P4C Global, Inc. is leading the green charge for reuse, redistribution and recycling of OEM cell phones and batteries. We are providing green value added e-waste solutions for Waste Handlers, Electronics Retailers, Wireless Carriers and OEMs. Our mission is to create both economic and environmental benefits by managing the e-waste process stream more efficiently and responsibly.
We are seeking a Director of Operations; this position is responsible for:
- Oversight and planning functions of the Warehouse / Processing Department including inventory management
- Ensuring the optimal functioning of an ISO 9001 / 14001 / R2 certified facility.
- Interacting with sales, finance and operations staff in managing and overseeing all production, inventory management, systems and customer service.
- ERP and systems infrastructure

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering or related facilities discipline.
- Previous and progressively responsible management experience in plant operations.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills and understanding of ERP systems
- Five or more years' experience as a manager or director of facilities with similar complex organization.
- A creative thinker who is a problem solver, poised under pressure, with exceptional organization and time-management skills.
