JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an individual that wants to be a part of fast paced emergency service company. We specialize in fire and water damage clean-up work in Redding and Chico. Must have some knowledge of the construction field and be sales oriented. If challenge is what you are looking for then this is the job for you. The ability to handle continuous change is a must as schedules and tasks change many times through out a day. You will also need the ability to work more than 40 hours a week when needed as time lines to complete office and field work is consistent while the work flow fluctuates on a daily basis.
Attributes needed: Sales ability, construction background, computer savvy, good customer relation skills and the desire to grow and learn. Physically able to be on roofs, in attics, in crawl spaces and any other areas necessary to fully inspect for damages. You need a clean DMV, able to pass drug test and background screening.
Abbreviated Job Description: Will be meeting with adjusters and homeowner/ business owners due to damage from water, fire, sewage, mold, smoke, etc. Responsibilities include working with insurance professionals and homeowners, scheduling and controlling of jobs through completion, writing estimates for competitive bid processes, billing for completed work and documenting every step from the beginning to the end of each job.
You must be willing to work on call 1 to 2 weeks a month depending on the schedule which includes nights and weekends.
Annual Compensation: Base salary DOE plus bonuses
Benefits including health insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick pay, matching 401K.
