JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of Admissions

• Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring a group of admissions representatives toward achieving goals set forth by the company
• Training representatives to perform effectively while maintaining company standards
• Oversight of the department structure
• Managing necessary reports
• Insuring that staffing remains sufficient, within corporate guidelines to make and/or exceed budgeted starts
• Ensuring that admissions process complies with all company standards and all federal and state regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
Successful Director of Admissions opportunity with a leading organization in the proprietary school business needed! Candidates will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a director of admissions and will be able to show a track record of continued growth and success.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, strong management skills and the ability to make things happen in a fast paced, growth oriented organization.
