JOB DESCRIPTION: A RN for Director of Clinical Services is wanted in Concord, Ca.
Maxim Healthcare Services has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated Registered Nurse looking to build a career in clinical supervision and care management. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will:
• Organize and direct the clinical operations of our Homecare Agency.
• Ensure supervision of our patients and external staff.
• Create and coordinate each patient's plan of care.
• Participate in program development and implementation.

Requirements:
* Registered Nurses (preferably BSN) with 2+ years in the last 5 in a home health or acute care setting.
* Experience in community health.

* Detail oriented, flexible, and have good organizational and time management skills.
