JOB DESCRIPTION: We're in need of a lady to come and clean our 2 bdr , 2
bath condo in Huntington Beach about twice a month part-time and usually
on Saturday mornings.

Here is what is expected.
Floors: Mop, Scrub and Sanitize the Spanish tile flooring.
Appliances: Clean, dry and shine all exteriors.
-Clean microwave, including turntable
-Clean refrigerator every other cleaning.
-Degrease interior oven every other cleaning.
Bathrooms: Spotlessly clean sinks, scrub tubs & toilets and wipe
counters.
Bedrooms: Make beds, clean and dust window-sills
Other:
Wash and sanitize the all trashcans in the home.
Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile Blinds & Drapes.
Clean leather furniture with provided product.
Wash inside windows & sills.
Remove any dust on walls, wash out any stains. Dust all baseboards.
Dust Light fixtures, furniture, shelves, etc
Occasionally clean outside grill.
