JOB DESCRIPTION:   HR - Administrative Assistant

The hours for this job are 9-6. Looking for an administrative asssistant working in the HR dept. This position will back up the receptionist - breaks, lunch and from 5-6 daily. Administer new hire paperwork, birthday lists, order supplies for new hires, prepare birthday and anniversary lists, order flowers for occasions, order supplies for department, travel arrangements, Federal Express, order anniversary pins, filing in the HR dept, miscellaneous duties as needed.
