JOB DESCRIPTION: COMMUNITY SUPPORT NETWORK
is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as:
TITLE: Human Resources Coordinator & Fiscal Assistant
HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTIONS:
• Maintenance of personnel files for employees
• Orientation of new employees
• Assist in personnel recruitment: job announcements, screening of applicants
• Ensure agency compliance with government regulations and labor laws
• Oversee employee enrollment on medical/dental/vision plans
FISCAL FUNCTIONS:
• Process low volume Accounts Payable
• Maintain agency fiscal records
• Perform additional functions as required and able.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience. Exempt, based on 16-24 hours.
AGENCY: Community Support Network (CSN) is a non-profit social service agency serving adults, especially those who are homeless and/or seriously mentally ill. We provide a variety of services including, shelter, structured treatment, supported housing & services.

Required Experience:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. AA in Human Resources Management with HR Certificate or two years related HR experience
2. Basic understanding of personnel systems, labor law and accounting principles.
3. Ability to organize time, workload, materials and work independently..
4. Ability to produce written reports
6. Must be a team player and a willing participant in a changing environment. |
