JOB DESCRIPTION: WANTED: EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW LEGAL SECRETARY FOR AN ESTABLISHED AND GROWING THREE ATTORNEY LAW OFFICE.
Areas of practice include family law and estate planning. Qualified candidate must have the majority of their experience in the area of family law.
The available position is considered temporary for the first 90 days with the option to be made permanent. Benefits, paid vacation and paid sick leave are available. Work hours M-TH 8:30 to 5:00 and Fridays 8:30 to Noon.

Required Experience:
Qualified candidate must have the ability to use MS Word, Legal Solutions (or other judicial council form program), Excel, complete judicial council forms, and interact with clients. Position also includes administrative work including filing, answering telephone, ordering supplies, calendaring, and greeting clients. Good communication skills, organization, punctuality, professional appearance, and reliability required.
