JOB DESCRIPTION: A large full service law firm, is seeking a patent docketing specialist. At least 3+ years of on-point experience in both patent and trademark is necessary.
Duties include opening of mail, docketing and de-docketing due dates, running docketing reports and working with attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries.
Must be able to multi task, & follow direction.

Required Experience:
MS Word, Excel, CPI (docketing software), type 55 wpm. Must be highly dependable, flexible, detail-oriented and flexible. BS/BA degree preferred, but not required.
