Investing in Real Estate requires placing a great deal of trust in a company to help our clients make the right decision for the future. We will do everything in our power to make sure that our client’s Real Estate Investment process runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Duties:
-Evaluate the deals/market. Some deals will be provided. Be prepared to do market research and distinguish your own deals as well.
-Perform market research to determine/identify project economics, trends, etc.
-Perform due diligence and analysis of potential acquisitions.
-Travel 100%
Compensation: Expenses paid for + Management bonuses with the potential to make a seven figure income!

Required Experience: Requirements:
-Must have 5+ years experience of active participation within the real estate industry.
-Must be able to demonstrate past performance record.
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
-Needs to be technically savvy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet experience
-Must have excellent creative/critical thinking skills.
-Must possess outstanding negotiation skills.
-Needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills – written skills, presentation skills, verbal skills, interpersonal skills, etc.
-Experience conducting due diligence and analysis of potential property.
-Must be able to follow strict company policies/procedures.
-Must have previous experience with large-scale real estate investment projects: commercial and residential.
-Needs to be a real estate investor. Be familiar with the procedure so you are aware of market trends, statistics, and hot spots.
